Earl Atutcha is a 2nd Lt. in the Infantry Division of Philippine Army 69IB who had an encounter with NPA rebels at Sitio Bal-ong Paquibato, Davao City. He sustained head and body wounds and ended up in the hospital unconscious, GCS 6. Dra. Annabelle Lao-Reyes served as Neurologist. Among other medications, Dra Reyes gave NeuroAid to 2nd Lt Atutcha so that he could recover his motor and speech functions. Note: actual date of encounter is not known. Patient identified it as 2 years back of 2018.
